Dyeing – Adding Vibrancy to Silk
As part of our commitment to being a one-stop solution for Indian silk, we have expanded our services to include silk dyeing. Our in-house team of expert dyers uses only premium-quality dyes and chemicals, ensuring that the silk absorbs rich, vibrant colors while maintaining its natural sheen and texture.
We offer both degummed and non-degummed dyeing processes, catering to different fabric requirements. Additionally, we have begun incorporating organic dyes, ensuring a more sustainable approach without compromising on quality or finish.

Pure Silk Yarn – Warping & Wefting
Precision twisting of silk is a crucial element in fabric production, as even slight variations in twist can significantly impact the texture and quality of the final fabric. Our in-house twisting team ensures that every product is crafted to meet our clients' exact specifications. Each yarn undergoes rigorous quality testing to guarantee flawless weaving into exquisite fabrics.
Warping – The Backbone of Fabric
Often referred to as the skeleton of fabric, warping is a critical process where we maintain strict quality standards. We customize twists based on client preferences, tailoring them to achieve the desired fabric texture.

- Warp lengths range from 40 yards to 365 yards to accommodate different weaving needs.
- Twisted silk yarn is also supplied in hank form, with customizable widths per client specifications.
Weft – The Art of Customization
For weft yarn, we offer deniers such as 20-22, 22-24, 24-26, 26-28, and 28-30, twisted into 2, 3, 4, 5 and upto 10ply, as per client requirements. These are supplied in hanks, ensuring flexibility for various weaving applications.
At Arun Yarns, we prioritize precision, quality, and customization, ensuring our silk yarn meets the highest industry standards

Zari – The Art of Metallic Threadwork
Zari (or Jari) is a finely crafted metallic thread traditionally made from gold or silver and used in Indian textiles, especially for weaving brocade designs in sarees and other garments. It is a tinsel thread designed for weaving and embroidery, created by wrapping a flattened metallic strip—made from pure gold, silver, or metallized polyester film—around a core yarn of silk, viscose, cotton, nylon, or polyester.
Zari is broadly classified into three types:
- Real Zari – Crafted from pure gold or silver, these metals are drawn into fine threads, flattened through high-pressure rollers, and wound onto a silk base yarn. This type of zari offers exceptional quality and authenticity.
- Imitation Zari – Made from electroplated copper wires, it provides a more affordable alternative to real zari while maintaining a similar aesthetic appeal.
- Metallic Zari – A modern alternative that replaces traditional metals with lightweight, non-tarnishing materials. It is highly durable, resistant to wear, and retains its shine over time.
Our Zari Collection
We specialize in Real and Imitation Zari, offering an extensive range of shades to perfectly match customer preferences and design requirements.
